... Coat the finished body with at least 2 coats of lacquer
Hackles:Starling wing upper coverts 2 ... advance the
thread to behind the bead and tie in 1 hackle,wind the
thread backwards down the shank to tie the 1st hackle
off after winding on .... and tie in the 2nd hackle in the
same manner.After tying off the 2nd hackle,wind the
tying thread forward over the 2 hackles for support.
Collar:Dubbed loosely,Lustre Plus in Black
...tie off behind the bead.
