Thorax of the midge pupa is brown thread with fluo.orange dyed goose biot wing buds and a pearl mylar back.
The single sinew strands are perfect for small flies!Dry the sinew ,if you acquire it fresh,and then pound the fibres apart with a wooden mallet or similar.
