The 4660 is a standard wire bronze jig hook with a 90 degree leg and a flat eye. European style float fishing re-kindled an interest in using jig hooks for flies suspended in a horizontal plane. The 90 degree leg allows the hook to "keel" so that it travels through the water with the hook point up, making them snag less often.
Now available the new 4640 Heavy Wire 60 degree Bronze jig hook and the 4647 Black finish 60 degree hook in smaller sizes 10 - 16 for Euro Nymph and larger fish.
