Although our Tungsten Beads made in China are a duty free item under the Harmonized Tariff Codes meaning our imports into Canada are saved that additional cost, however the raw material prices have been steadily escalating.
Since September 2025 the price of tungsten powder has quadrupled leading to several price increases on each shipment from our factory who now will only hold each price list for 5 days as steady increases are anticipated.
We have absorbed a significant part of those new higher costs as our goal has always to bring these products to you at a lower price than many of our competitors. We will continue to do that but must inform you there will be some unpleasant surprises as you reorder some of your favorite items ☹
Unfortunately, these price hikes will continue for the foreseeable future so we urge you to anticipate your Winter tying needs and buy all as soon as possible since the next price increase will most certainly occur.
